GENERAL TERMS

1. A cargo ticket or a bill of lading shall be issued by the Carriers or other authorised persons as agents, at the Carriers' option, in respect of goods.
2. The shipper shall be obliged to present goods for a carriage clearance at least 2 (two) hours prior to a departure falling which the Carriers shall have the right to refuse to ship the goods.
3. The rates are quoted in SEK (Swedish crowns) and are net, and do not include any mandatory and/or official and/or statutory charges, fees, duties, taxes and the like. The rates are for a one way trip on the link.
4. The rates do not include surcharges provided for in this tariff. Unless otherwise expressly stated in this tariff, the rates do not include stevedoring costs and other services provided by ports, their agents or contractors for goods - details of which are available on request from the Carriers or their agent, Unity Line Sp. z o.o., Szczecin, Poland.
5. The Carriers shall have the right to amend this tariff from time to time without prior notice.
6. This tariff is written in the English and Polish languages and in the event of any inconsistency between either version the English language version shall prevail.

TARIFF

1. Vehicles.
Standard dimensions:
width: max. 2,6 metres
weight: max. 7 ts/axle, if distance between axles is 1,3 metres or less;
max. 10 ts/axle, if distance between axles is more than 1,3 metres;
length: max. 24 metres.
1.1 Cargo vehicles - minimum freight:
- SEK 900 per unit: one driver free of charge (passage, bed in cabin and meals included); second driver is an extra SEK 500 (passage, bed in cabin and meals included).
1.2 Cargo vehicles:
- SEK 220 per each commenced metre: one driver free of charge (passage, bed in cabin and meals included); second driver is an extra SEK 500 (passage, bed in cabin and meals included).
1.3 Road trailers:
- SEK 220 per each commenced metre.
1.4 Buses without passengers:
- SEK 220 per each commenced metre: one driver free of charge (passage, bed in cabin and meals included); second driver is an extra SEK 500 (passage, bed in cabin and meals included).
1.5 Vehicles up to 6 metres in length and 1,8 metres of height without drivers and passengers:
- SEK 750 per unit.
1.6 Caravans and mobile homes exceeding 6 metres in length and/or 1,8 metres of height without drivers and passengers: SEK 220 per each commenced metre.
1.7 Agricultural machinery, cranes, road making machinery, others:
- SEK 290 per each commenced metre.
1.8 Driving on board / ashore of the vehicles referred to in points 1.3 and 1.5 - 1.7 inclusive above is an extra SEK 500 per unit.
1.9 Vehicles exceeding 24 metres in length and/or exceeding 7 ts/axle, if distance between axles is 1,3 metres or less, or 10 ts/axle, if distance between axles is more than 1,3 metres, of weight:
- the freight shall be subject to a separate agreement.

2. General cargo

2.1 Harmless goods up to 3 cbm / tonnes on weight:
- SEK 400 per tonne.
2.2 Harmless goods exceeding 3 cbm / tonnes of weight:
- SEK 600 per tonne or SEK 210 per cbm at the Carriers' option.
2.3 In points 2.1 - 2.2 inclusive above the minimum freight shall be SEK 400 per unit.
2.4 Units containing the cargo referred to in points 2.1 - 2.2 inclusive above exceeding 12 metres in length and/or exceeding 3000 kilos of weight:
- the freight shall be subject to a separate agreement.

3. Surcharges

3.1 Bunkers:
- a bunker surcharge of SEK 8 per each commenced metre shall be charged per vehicle; the Carriers shall have the right to make adjustments should a change in bunker prices occur.
3.2 Dangerous goods:
- (i)vehicles containing dangerous goods, also including empty but unclean vehicles - SEK 1000 per vehicle;
- (i)vehicles containing dangerous goods of class 1.1 + 1.2 + 1.3, also including empty but unclean vehicles - SEK 2400 per vehicle. Dangerous goods are not accepted on passengers vessels.
3.3 Dimensions - following surcharges shall be added to the rates referred to in point 1 above:
- vehicles exceeding 2,60 metres and up to 2,80 metres in width - extra 30%;
- vehicles exceeding 2,80 metres and up to 3,50 metres in width - extra 75%;
- vehicles exceeding 3,50 metres in width - extra 100%.

4. Cargo fairway dues (Sweden).

4.1 The cargo fairway dues are SEK 3,05 per 1000 kilos of weight or pro rata per part thereof of the cargo referred to in point 2 above, also including the cargo on vehicles. The actual cargo fairway dues are included in the rates provided for in this tariff.
